Maskan is the flagship project of CPSG. The name of the project is an inspiration of the Urdu word “Maskan”, which means a small peaceful place of dwelling. For CPSG this is not simply a project rather one of the core rationales for its existence.
Maskan is a transitional home for women and children fleeing from domestic violence and other forms of assault. Maskan provides temporary shelter and demand-driven support to help for a peaceful and sustainable transition to the clients. Maskan team works closely with the clients until they stand again and mainstreamed in society.
Maskan is a safe space for women, children, and young girls as it ensures conscious efforts for sustainability by removing the gender barriers to enter in the new habitat. Maskan is confidently and successfully supporting its clients through community partnerships, youth, and community engagement for extended support and workable transition.

Our trained staff and panel of consultants seamlessly provide counseling and coaching for a smooth transition.
Maskan holds specialized sessions and workshops for clients, families, and youth to promote mindfulness, civic responsibilities, emotional intelligence, wellbeing, life skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and resiliency.
